Our town!
We picked this town for the sea and the horses. It also has a lot of delicious food and fun things to see. Here is a list of some of our favorites.
Things to do
- Swimming
- Castiglioncello: Baia del Quercetano
- Beach next to the forest: Spiaggetta del “ginecologo”
- Castles
- Castello di Rosignano Marittimo: Castle in our little town, has a museum (Museo Civico Archeologico) with a lot of Etruscan artifacts.
- Castello Pasquini: a beautiful garden to walk around. They have events inside.

- Pisa (40 minutes by car or train)
- Cinque Terre (2.5 hours by train, only accessible by train)
- Elba (1 hour drive, 1 hour boat ride)
- Florence (1.5 hours car, 3 hours by train)
- Lucca (1 hour by car, 1.5 hours by train)
- Volterra (1 hour by car, 3.5 hours by train)

We have noticed that by the time people get to us they are a little weary from their travels. Our town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a slower small town pace of life!
